That said right authorizes water to be used for the purpose of irrigating 4.2 acres seasonally from March 15 to October 15 within Grant County Assessor's Parcel No. 180174000. That the applicant proposes to change the point of withdrawal by adding 8 new wells within the W1/2 SW1/4 Sec. 8, T. 19N, R 29 E.W.M., all within the historic place of use in order to serve 8 new lots in the T.
